The High Definition Telepresence System (HDTS) course was designed to train both facilitators and faculty in the use of this system. Faculty who teach courses offered through this system will learn the; i.e. controls, touch panel, Smart®, camera settings, preset views, and microphones.
Facilitators and faculty are trained in troubleshooting and recording maintenance and outages logs. The system also serves as a communication portlet among faculty, administrators, facilitators, and campus directors during a course cancellation or outage.
The course also contains the software and hardware manuals and most importantly the "Connect Schedule."
