Helpdesk Attendants (2 Positions Available)
Rogers State University is accepting applications for two Helpdesk Attendants. This position will be responsible for assisting faculty, students and staff with computer related issues and accessing their online accounts. Their duties will include answering phone calls and emails, as well as assisting walk-ins.
Primary Duties/Essential Functions:
- Answer phones;
- Email management;
- Ability to assist RSU Faculty/Staff/Students;
- Basic Computer knowledge.
Knowledge & Skills
- Computer Software;
- General office duties.
- General computer knowledge;
- General customer service skills;
- Great communication skills;
- Director of ACS
- Technical Assistant
