24/7 Technical Assistance Available for eLearning

Around-the-clock technical assistance is now available for students and faculty who need assistance with the eLearning learning management system.

RSU Helpdesk Normal Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • 918-343-7538

After Hours Help:

RSU has contracted with an outside firm to provide technical support to better serve eLearning users experiencing technical difficulties while using the RSU eLearning platform.

Users who need assistance with their password can visit the Password Management link on the left-hand navigation found at My.RSU.edu
