- Users who need assistance with their password can visit the Password Management link on the left-hand navigation
RSU Helpdesk Normal Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
After Hours Help:
RSU has contracted with an outside firm to provide technical support to better serve eLearning users experiencing technical difficulties while using the RSU eLearning platform.
