RSU Blood Drive Coming to Claremore Campus Wednesday, March 25

Rogers State University, in coordination with Our Blood Institute, will host a university-wide blood drive Wednesday, March 25.
 
Slated for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the blood drive will be held in the Dr. Carolyn Taylor Center upstairs in Conference Rooms B and C on the RSU Claremore campus.
 
All donors will receive a free short-sleeved, “Donor Champions” t-shirt while supplies last.
 
All RSU administration, faculty, staff and students are invited to participate. This event is open to the public, and walk-ins are welcome.

RSU to Break Ground on New Center for Science and Technology March 27

A dream more than a decade in the making is finally becoming a reality at Rogers State University.

RSU will break ground on its new Center for Science and Technology (CST) at 10 a.m. Friday, March 27, at the construction site south of the Stratton Taylor Library. Leadership from the state of Oklahoma and the Cherokee Nation will be on hand to deliver remarks.

The CST will become the new home for many of RSU’s growing programs in science and technology, including chemical engineering, medical molecular biology, cybersecurity and information assurance, robotics, and unmanned aerial vehicles, plus a proposed new program in nutrition science.
